At GlowUpMate, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
4. Return Process

5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7โ14 business days through the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment option used.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), GlowUpMate will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the customer wishes to return an item for any other eligible reason, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery whenever possible. Any issues should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
