- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Coverage
Currently, GlowUpMate ships across Pakistan.
We may expand our shipping services to additional regions in the future.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities: 2โ5 business days
- Remote Areas: 3โ7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

From time to time, GlowUpMate may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
GlowUpMate offers Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Customers are requested to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
